VigyanShaala International is a Registered Non-Profit. Any contribution made to the Non-Profit trust is deemed as a Donation or a Student Contribution to the cause. We are not a for profit business legally, hence refunds are deemed illegal. Legally Donations can not be refunded, and high volumes of documentation are required to legally justify to the GOI for refunding of given donations. Unless in extreme and urgent cases, where such extra documentation with a lawyer and CA is warranted, refund would not be operationally feasible.

We do not issue refunds for tangible irrevocable goods ("non-digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
